摘 要:第1代射流式井下增压器结构存在增压冲程中上、下两级活塞缸没有完全并联,以及复位冲程中流量全走节流阀等缺陷。为此,研制了第2代射流式井下增压器。新型增压器在活塞缸之间添加了新流道,在节流阀位置并联旁通阀。计算结果和现场试验表明,第2代射流式井下增压器可以改善增压冲程工具水力特性并降低工具压降,可以解决节流阀憋压问题,降低复位冲程工具压降,当输出压力为60.0MPa时,工具压降由原来的10.9MPa下降到7.5MPa,机械钻速达到16.21m/h。The structure of the first-generation downhole boost compressor were optimized.The new flow channel was added between the upper and lower piston cylinders.The complete parallel connection of the upper and lower piston cylinders was achieved within the booster stroke so as to improve hydraulic efficiency.The position of the throttling valve is in parallel with the by-pass valve so as to improve the pressure-building effect in the reset stroke.Thereby,the second-generation downhole jet boost compressor was developed.The calculation result and the field test indicate that the second-generation compressor can improve the hydraulic properties of the booster stroke tool and decrease the tool's pressure.It can solve the pressure-building problem of the throttling valve and reduce the tool pressure of the reset stroke.When the output pressure is 60.0 MPa,the tool pressure goes down from the original 10.90 MPa to 7.50 MPa,and the penetration rate reaches 16.21 m/h.
