摘　　要：【目的】探索胚胎停止发育的环境危险因素,为胎儿的健康发育提供预防策略。【方法】采用医院为基础的病例对照方法,自制调查表对来院就诊确定为胚胎停止发育的病例128例和胚胎发育正常者257例为对照进行问卷调查,运用单因素和多因素非条件logistic回归分析。【结果】单因素分析发现胚胎停止发育与职业,工作环境中的噪声、振动、粉尘、电离辐射以及生活习惯和家庭环境中的偏食、孕期熬夜、烫染发、孕前服用避孕药、饮茶、饮酒、吸烟、住房装修等有关;多因素分析显示:孕期熬夜(OR=2.672)、吸烟习惯(OR=2.672)、住房装修(OR=2.605)、孕期看电视或电脑(OR=7.482)是主要影响因素。【结论】胚胎停止发育由多因素作用导致,个人生活习惯和家庭环境起重要作用。【Objective】 To explore the influential environmental factors affecting embryonic arrest and provide preventional strategies of the health of the fetus. 【Methods】 In this case-control study,a questionnaire is used to investigate the influential factors of embryonic arrest.128 cases and 257 controls were involved in this study,and univariate and multi-variate logistic regression model was used to analyze the datasets. 【Results】 Univariate analysis showed that occupation,noise,shaking,dust and ionization in the working environment as well as partial diet,stay up late in night,hair perm and dye,contraceptive drugs,tea,drinking,decoration of house were associated with embryonic arrest.Multivariate regression analysis reviews that major factors including stay-up late at night,hair perm and hair dye,smoking,and house decoration,computer usage were associated with embryonic arrest. 【Conclusion】 Embryonic arrest was caused by multiple factors,and personal living habit and family environment play an essential role in it.
