摘　　要：介绍了芳砜纶筒子纱染色生产中的关键技术及创新点,包括通过前处理清除纱线上的油剂;倒松筒车速宜慢,保证张力均衡;采用阳离子染料载体染色工艺,在130℃保温染色60 min。该工艺染色的芳砜纶筒子纱线耐洗色牢度、耐摩擦色牢度及耐汗渍色牢度均较高,符样率达到客户要求。Key technology and innovation points in cheese dyeing of polysulfone fiber were introduced, such as removing oil from yarn with pretreatment, slow speed of winding and rewinding to ensure evenness tensile force, cheese dyeing with cat- ionic dyes and carrier at 130 ℃ for 60 min. Practical production showed that this process had satisfactory color fastness to washing, rubbing and perspiration, and the sample confidence rate could meet the customer requirements.
