地方高校构建和谐师生关系的时效性探讨

摘　　要：当前,地方高校师生关系总体和谐。但受各种现实因素的影响,师生之间沟壑难填、情感冷漠、形同路人、甚至对立冲突等现象还仍然存在。因此,地方高校应从深入贯彻落实构建和谐社会的历史任务、构建和谐平安校园、提高高等教育教学质量、促进师生身心健康发展、激发大学生创新思维和提高学习效率等层面对构建和谐师生关系的时效性意义进行探讨。Currently,the relations between teachers of local universities and students are harmonious generally.The phenomena such as generation gap between teachers and students is difficult to fill in it 、feeling cold、else gets、even confrontation are still remain for the Influence from various factors.Therefore,the local university should investigate the significance of of the timeliness on harmonious relations between teachers and students from the aspects of implementing thoroughly the historic task of building a harmonious society,building harmonious and safe campus,improving the quality of higher education,promoting physical and mental development of students and teachers,inspiring university student to innovate and to improve learning efficiency.
