摘　　要：着重介绍了手术导航的发展历程和关键技术,并对其前景进行了分析。手术导航系统既可以在临床中配合医生手术,又可以和医疗机器人结合成为先进的医疗装备。This paper introduces the development and the key technology of image guided Surgery Systems（IGSS）and analyses its prospect in this paper.IGSS can be used in clinical surgery as an assistant tool,and it would be an advanced medical equipment combined with medical robotics.
