摘  要:合理选择单体,采用乳液聚合方法合成了新型的聚丙烯酸浆料,将其以不同比例替代经验配方PVA:淀粉70:30中部分PVA浆料,并测试与研究混合浆料的浆液、浆膜和浆纱性能。结果表明:合成的新型丙烯酸浆料具有黏度低、浆液稳定性好的特点,新型聚丙烯酸浆料混合浆膜具有吸湿小、水溶性好的特点。当用其取代PVA的比例小于30%时,所得的浆纱能满足增强减伸的要求,毛羽数量少,耐磨性好。The new polyacrylic acid size was synthesized by emulsion polymerization method and use of reasonably chosen monomers. The PVA content of vicarious experience was replaced by the synthesized polyacrylic acid (the ratio of PVA and starch 70:30) and the slurry, film and sizing property were tested and researched. The result shows that synthesized new acrylic acid slurry is of low viscosity and good storage stability, the size film of new polyacrylic acid size is of small moisture absorption and good water - solubility. When the replacement of PVA by new synthesized polyacrylic acid is less than 30%, the size can meet the requirements of enhancing sizing and less hairiness and good wear resistance.
