摘　　要：通过回顾我国产品质量监管制度的演变过程与借鉴国外模式的成功经验,比较分析得出我国产品质量监管的问题及解决问题的基本思路,并对今后我国产品质量监管发展趋势作出预测。By reviewing the evolution process of China＇s product quality supervisory system and the successful experience of utilizing the foreign models, it makes the comparative analysis, and then obtains the problems about China＇s product quality supervision and the basic idea of solving them, and makes a prediction of the development trend of China＇s product quality supervision.
