耳内镜的在外耳道胆脂瘤治疗中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的：探讨耳内窥镜在外耳道疾病治疗中的作用。方法：2006~2009年本组48例（55耳）外耳道胆脂瘤患者，在耳内镜下采用剥、钩、钳夹、吸的方法清理胆脂瘤病变。结果：43例（48耳）均经一次手术彻底清除病变，5例（7耳）一周后再次治疗彻底清除病变，听力明显改善。随访半年，无复发。结论：耳内窥镜手术具有微创、视野清晰、简便等优点。Objective：The discussion ear endoscope treats at the external auditory meatus disease the function. Methods： 2006~ 2009 year this group of 48 examples （55 ears） the external auditory meatus cholesteatoma patient, under the mirror uses the method cleaning up cholesteatoma pathological change in the ear which exhausted,the hook,the pliers clamp,attract. Results：43 examples （48 ears） pass through a time surgery thorough elimination pathological change, after 5 examples （7 ears） a week treat the thorough elimination pathological change once more,the hearing dis- tinct improvement. Makes a follow--up visit for half year, does not have the recrudescence. ConcluSion： The ear endoscope surgery has micro creates, the field of vision clearly,simple and so on the merits.
