摘　　要：目的：探讨虹吸原理在微管（中心静脉导管）胸腔闭式引流中的应用效果及护理管理。方法：通过对108例虹吸微管引流的置管方法、护理观察、护患满意度等的回顾分析，进行效果评价。结果：虹吸方法在微管闭式引流中效果确切，护理管理及病人满意度均优于常规闭式引流。结论：运用虹吸原理行微管胸腔闭式引流是一种简单、安全、有效、护惠双赢的治疗方法。Objective：The discussion rainbow attracts the principle in the capillary （center duetus venosus） in the chest cavity closed type drainage application effect and the nursing management. Methods： Through attracts the capillary drainage to 108 example rainbows to set at the party con- cerned law,the nursing observation,protects the trouble degree of satisfaction and so on the review analysis,carries on the effect appraisal. Results： The rainbow attracts the method the effect to be accurate in the capillary closed type drainage,the nursing management and the patient degree of satisfaetion surpass the conventional closed type drainage. Conclusion：Attracts the principle good capillary chest cavity closed type drainage using the rainbow is one kind simple, safe,effective,protects the trouble win--win method of treatment.
