气管导管持续引流用于腹泻患者的护理体会

摘　　要：目的：探讨引流稀便的最佳方法。方法：将60例需引流稀便的腹泻患者随机分为实验组和对照组，每组30例，对照组采用留置肛管接引流袋引流稀便，实验组采用一次性气囊导管接胸腔闭式引流瓶持续负压引流稀便，观察两组的引流效果。结果：实验组的脱出厦皮肤炎症的发生率与对照组的比较有统计学差异（p〈O．01），实验组的渗漏及堵管的发生率与对照组的比较有统计学差异（p〈O．05）。结论：用一次性气囊气管导管接胸腔闭式引流瓶持续负压引流稀便效果好，有利于危重患者的抢救及治疗，有良好的临床使用价值。Objective：Discussion drainage thin then best method. Methods：Needs 60 examples the drainage thin then diarrhea patient to divide into stochastically the experimental group and the control group）each group of 30 examples,the control group uses leaves alone the anal tube to receive and instrilct flows the bag drainage thinly then,the experimental ＇group uses the disposable aerocyst drive pipe to meet the chest cavity closed type drainage bottle to continue the negative pressure drainage thinly then,observes two group of drainage effects. Results： Experimental group＇s era. ersion and the skin inflammation formation rate and control group＇s comparison has statistics difference （p〈0.01）, experimental group＇s leakage and stops up the tube the formation rate and control group＇s comparison has statistics difference （p〈0.05）. Conclusion： Leads the pipe joint chest cavity closed type drainage bottle with the disposable aerocyst trachea to continue the negative pressure drainage thin effect to be then good,is advantageous to the seriously injured patient＇s rescue and the treatment,has the good clinical use value.
