蜡疗消肿的临床观察

摘　　要：目的：观察蜡疗在临床上的消肿作用。方法：将60例下肢肿胀患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例，治疗组采用蜡疗疗法，对照组采用微波疗法和压力疗法，观察7天和15天临床疗效。结果：治疗组总有效率优于对照组，以7天疗效最为明显，差异有统计学意义（P〈O．05）。结论：蜡疗以简便快的特点达到了临床消肿目的。Objective：Observation wax therapy in clinical on detumescent function. Methods： Divides into the treatment group and control group each 30 examples stochastically 60 example lower limb swelling patient,the treatment group uses the wax therapy therapy, the control group uses the microwave therapy and the pressure therapy,observes 7 days and 15 day clinical curative effects. Results：Treatment group total effectiveness surpasses the control group,is most obvious by 7 days curative effects,the difference has statistics significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：The wax therapy has achieved the clinical detumescent goal by the simple quick characteristic.
