海燕皂苷的抗炎活性的初步研究

摘　　要：目的研究海燕皂苷的抗炎活性,为其治疗炎症提供实验依据。方法采用醋酸致小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性升高的急性炎症模型及大鼠棉球肉芽肿模型对海燕皂苷的抗炎活性进行测定。结果海燕皂苷可明显抑制醋酸所致小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性升高,对炎症急性时相的血管通透性升高有显著的抑制作用,同时显示出海燕皂苷可剂量依赖性地抑制大鼠棉球肉芽肿程度,对炎症的慢性增殖相具有明显的治疗作用。结论海燕皂苷具有显著的抗炎活性,在治疗炎症方面具有潜在的开发应用价值。Purpose To study the anti-inflammatory activity of asterosaponin from Asterina pectinifera.Methods The capillary permeability of mice abdominal cavity induced by acetic acid and the proliferation of cotton ball-granuloma in rats were adopted to study the anti-inflammatory activity of asterosaponin from Asterina pectinifera.Results The results indicate that asterosaponin from Asterina pectinifera can obviously inhibit the increase of the mouse′s abdominal cavity capillary permeability induced by acetic acid,and present an excellent inhibitory action for the advance of capillary permeability.Meanwhile,asterosaponin from Asterina pectinifera can inhibit the cotton ball-granuloma of rats in dose-dependent manner,also present obvious therapeutic action for the chronicity increase of the inflammation.Conclusion The asterosaponin from Asterina pectinifera has a significant anti-inflammatory activity and provides a good value in developing and utilizing.
