摘　　要：目的：通过介绍VSD封闭式负压引流术的组成、使用方法及围手术期护理等,为烧伤残余创面治疗护理提供临床参考.方法：通过回顾性分析我院24例烧伤残余创面VSD封闭式负压引流术的病例,总结VSD术围手术期护理要点.结果： VSD术治疗复杂创面效果优良.结论： 加强负压封闭引流的管理和创面的观察与护理,维持有效的持续负压引流,做好心理护理,注重伤肢护理,是VSD术围手术期护理的关键.Objective：Through introduced the VSD enclosed type negative pressure drainage the composition, the application method and encircle surgery time nursing and so on, provides the clinical reference for burn remaining injured area treatment nursing. Methods：Analyzes my courtyard 24 examples through the review to burn remaining injured area VSD enclosed type negative pressure drainage case of illness, summarizes the VSD tech; nique to encircle the surgery time nursing main point. Results..VSD technique treatment complex injured area effect fine. Conclusion：The enhancement negative pressure seal drainage management and the injured area observation and nursing, maintains effectively continues the negative pressure drain- age, completes psychological nursing, pours severely wounded extremity nursing, is the VSD technique encircles surgery time nursing the key.
