摘　　要：腹部卒中又称腹部中风,即自发性腹腔内血管破裂出血.由于此病发病急,患者通常会突然出现剧烈腹痛,并在短时间内出现失血性休克,是比较罕见的急腹症.我院于2009年12月12日收治1例左侧腹膜后血管自发性破裂的患者,急诊手术治疗,经过15天的治疗和护理,患者痊愈出院.出院后3个月随访健康.The abdomen apoplexy calls the abdomen stroke,namely in spontaneous abdominal cavity blood vessel breakage hemorrhage, Because this sickness sends critically ill,the patient usually can have the fiercc abdominal pain suddenly,and has the hemorrhage shock in a short time,is the quite rare acute abdominal pains. My courtyard admits the patient in December 12,2009 who left side of 1 example the retroperitoneal blood vessel spontaneity bursts, the emergency medical treatment surgery treats, passes through 15 day--long treatments and nursing,the patient convalesces the out of hospital. Leaves the hospital the latter 3 month revisit health.
