摘　　要：目的：讨论81例儿童不稳定性肱骨髁上骨折的疗效。方法：81例均采用C臂X光机透视下闭合整复或手术开放复住、交叉克氏针内固定，术中解剖复住，保留尺骨嘴窝的完整性。结果：本组2例并发轻度肘内翻，随访时间最长5年，优良率为97．5％，骨折均愈合，肘关节功能均恢复。绪论：通过本组81例手术治疗，认为手术精确复位骨折端、骨折牢固固定、早期功能锻炼是预防并发症的重要因素，可显著降低肘内翻等并发症的发生。Objective：Discusses 81 example child unstable humerus supracondyloid bone fracture the curative effect. Methods：81 examples use under the C arm X X--ray machine perspective the closed reduction or the surgery open replacement, in the overlapping Cleveland needle fixed, in the technique dissects the replacement, retains the ulna mouth nest the integrity. Results： In this group of 2 example concurrent mild elbow turns, the revisit time is longest for 5 years, fine rate is 97.5 %, the bone fracture heals, the elbow joint function restores. Conclusion： Treats through this group of 81 example surgery, thought the surgery precise replacement bone fracture end, the bone fracture reliable fixed, the early function exercise is prevents the complication the important attribute,but obviously reduces in the elbow to turn and so on the complication occurrences.
