摘　　要：目的：观察DHS（动力髋）内固定配合中医药治疗股骨粗隆间粉碎性骨折的疗效。方法：采用DHS内固定配合中医药治疗股骨粗隆间粉碎性骨折，尽量解剖复住，骨块螺钉固定，明显骨质缺损取髂骨植骨，结合中医骨伤科三期辨证用药，结果：随访时间5-24个月，平均13个月，38例中优良35例，差3例，优良率92．1％，结论：DHS内固定配合中医药治疗股骨粗隆间粉碎性骨折疗效显著。Objective：Observes DHS （power hip） in the close fit Chinese medicine treatment thighbone thick prosperous smashing bone fracture curative effect. Methods：Uses in DHS the close fit Chinese medicine treatment thighbone thick prosperous smashing bone fracture,dissects the replacement as far as possible, the bone block screw retention, the obvious ossein damage takes qia the bone to plant the bone, the union Chinese medicine bone traumatology department three issue of dialectical medications, Results：Revisit time 5--24 month, average 13 months,in 38 examples fine 35 examples,difference 3 examples, fine rate 92.1 %,Conclusion： In DHS close fit Chinese medicine treatment thighbone thick prosperous smashing bone fracture curative effect remarkable.
