摘　　要：目的：评价硬膜外腔注药治疗腰腿痛的临床疗效.方法：选择120例腰腿痛患者,于腰椎病变上一间隙常规硬膜外穿刺,然后硬膜外腔注入曲安奈德40mg、维生素B12、1.0mg、2%利多卡因100ml及0.9%生理盐水配制成20ml复合液.每周1次,2次为一个疗程,以此方法治疗腰腿痛.结果：经过1-3疗程治疗,本组120例总有效率92.5%.结论：硬膜外腔注药治疗腰腿痛不失为治疗腰腿痛的一种好方法.Objective：Appraises the hard membrane pericoel note medicine to treat the pain in waist and lower extremities the clinical curative effect. Methods：Chooses 120 example pain in waist and lower extremities patient,at the lumbar vertebra pathological change outside a gap convention hard membrane the puncture,then the hard membrane pericoeI pours into Qu Annai German 40mg, Vitamin B12,1.0mg,2 % Lidoeaine 100ml and 0. 9% physiological saline compounds the 20ml compound fluid. Each week 1 time,2 times are a treatment course,treats the pain in waist and lower extremities by this method. Results：After 1--3 treatment course treatment,this group of 120 example total effectiveness 92.5%. Conclusion：The hard membrane pericoal note medicine treats the pain in waist and lower extremities not to lose for treats the pain in waist and lower extremities one good method.
