老年人慢性硬膜下血肿38例临床分析

摘　　要：目的：探讨钻颅孔置管引流术治疗老年人慢性硬膜下血肿的方法和效果.方法：回顾性分析近五年来我科采用钻孔引流术治疗的38例的老年人慢硬膜下血肿的临床资料.结果： 本组38例钻孔引流一次置管引流治愈35例（92.1%）,好转2例（5.3%）,血肿复发1例（2.6%）,经再次手术后治愈,无死亡.结论： 老年人慢性硬膜下血肿钻孔引流是一种有效、简单的手术方法,其创伤小、疗效显著、恢复快,是老年患者首选的治疗方法.Goal：The discussion drills skull Kong Zhi the tube drainage to treat under the senior citizen chronicity hard membrane the haematoma／ method and the effect. Methods：The review analysis near for five year my branch uses the drill hole drainage treatment under 38 example senior citi- zen slow hard membranes the baematoma clinical material. Results： This group of 38 example drill hole drainage one time sets at the tube drainage to cure 35 examples （92.1%）, changes for the better 2 examples （5.3 %）, the haematoma recurs 1 example （2.6%）, cures once more after the surgery, does not have the death. Conclusion：Under the senior citizen chronleity hard membrane the haematoma drill hole drainage is one kind effective, the simple surgery method, its wound small, the curative effect remarkable, restores quickly,is the old age patient first choice method of treatment.
