摘　　要：目的：探讨结肠息肉氩气离子切除术后出血的原因及处理措施.方法：分析结肠息肉患者氩气离子切除术出血的临床资料.结果：378例结肠息肉经氩气离子切除术后发生延迟性出血8例;病变部位结肠息肉的直径在0.5～2.0cm之间;出血时间为10h～3d;小量出血4例,中量出血3例,大量出血1例,无1例死亡.结论：为了避免术后出血的发生,应注意术前、术中和术后3个环节,出血后应及时处理.Objective： After the discussion colon polyp argon ion excision method bleeds reason and processing measure. Methods： Analysis colon polyp patient argon ion excision method hemorrhage clinical material. Results： 378 example colon polyp has the retardance after the argon ion excision method to bleed 8 examples;Pathological change spot colon polyp diameter between 0.5 ~ 2.0cm;The hemorrhage time is 10h~ 3d;The small amount bleeds 4 examples, the quantity bleeds 3 examples, bleeds I example massively,does not have 1 example death. Conclusion：In order to after avoid the occurrence which the technique bleeds, should pay attention to in front of the technique, the technique neutral technique latter 3 links, after the hemorrhage should process promptly.
