摘　　要：目的：探讨非小细胞肺癌纵隔淋巴结合理的手术清扫范围和意义.方法：回顾性分析我院2008年9月至2009年9月收治的59例有纵隔淋巴结转移的非小细胞肺癌手术.结果：本组共发现共清除纵隔淋巴结322组,病理证实有癌细胞转移的109组,纵隔淋巴结转移率为33.8%,总清除淋巴结共966枚.结论：非小细胞肺癌患者的淋巴结转移具有跳跃性和多发性的特点,只有广泛清扫纵隔淋巴结才有可能达到根治,临床意义重大.Objective：Discusses the non-cellule lung cancer mediastinum lymph node reasonable surgery to sweep clear the scope and the significance. Methods：The review analyzes my courtyard from September, 2008 59 examples which admits to September, 2009 to have the mediastinum lymph node shift non-cellule lung cancer surgery. Results：This group altogether discovered altogether eliminates the mediastinum lymph node 322 groups, the pathology confirmed has 109 groups which the cancer cell shifts, the mediastinum lymph node transfer rate is 33.8%, always eliminates lymph node altogether 966. Conclusion：The non-cellule lung cancer patient＇s lymph node shift has unevenness and sends much the characteristic,on- ly then widely sweeps clear the mediastinum lymph node only then to have the possibility to achieve permanently cures,clinical watershed.
