康复新液治疗小儿手足口病疗效观察

摘　　要：目的：观察康复新液治疗手足口病的临床疗效.方法：将230例手足口病患儿随机分为治疗组（120例）和对照组（110例）.常规予以抗病毒等对症治疗,治疗组在此基础上加用康复新液口服及外用,对照组加用碘甘油涂口腔,两组疗程均为5d,比较两组的疗效及临床症状改善情况.结果：治疗组治愈率为91.7%,对照组治愈率为80.9%,两组比较X^2值为5.695（P＝0.017）,治疗组明显优于对照组,两组患儿口腔溃疡愈合及皮疹消退时间有显著性差异（P 〈0.05）.结论：康复新液可加快口腔溃疡愈合及皮疹消退,辅助治疗手足口病安全有效.Objective：The observation is restored to health the new fluid treatment hand and foot stomatopathy clinical curative effect. Methods：Divides into the treatment group stochastically 230 example hand and foot mouth sickness （120 examples） and the control group （110 examples）. The convention gives the anti-virus and so on the just right for the illness treatment, the treatment group adds in this foundation with is restored to health the new fluid oral administration and the external use, the control group adds with the glycerin iodohydrin spreads the oral cavity, two groups of treatment courses are 5d, compared with two groups of curative effects and clinical symptom improvement situations. Results： The treatment group cure rate is 91.7 %, the control group cure rate is 80. 9 %, two groups compares Х^2 the value is 5. 695 （P= 0. 017）, the treatment group surpasses the control group obviously, two group of trouble oral cavity ulcer cicatrization and the skin rash retrogression time has the significance difference （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion： Is restored to health the new fluid to be possible to speed up the oral cavity ulcer cicatrization and the skin rash abates,assists treats the hand and foot stomatopathy safely effective.
