摘　　要：近几年来,随着我国经济的快速发展,内外交往日益频繁,作为人们重要出行工具的飞机,以其安全,舒适,快捷,日益受到人们的青睐,民航乘机旅客量大幅提升,随之而来的就是患病旅客人数也相应的增多,尤其是各种急危重症患者.航站楼是旅客进出港和航空保障服务场所,是机场服务和安全工作的重要窗口,因为相对比较封闭,人员密集、流动性大,加之机场又远离市区大医院,部分旅客由于出门远行引起的生理和心理的不适应,尤其在遇到航班不正常的情况下,身体较弱或原有慢性病的人容易发生紧急医学情况.各类紧急医学事件发生后,首先到达现场的是机场急救中心的人员,第一要务就是挽救旅客的生命.In the last few years,along with our country economy fast development, the inside and outside associates day by day frequently,goes on a journey importantly as the people the tool airplane, by its security, comfortable, quick, day by day receives people＇s favor, the commercial aviation seizes the opportunity the volume of passengers large promotion, following is sick passenger population also corresponding increase, in particular each kind of dangerous critically ill patient. The air station building is the passenger enters leaves port with the aviation safeguard service place, is the airport service and the trouble-free service important window, because the relative comparison seal, the personnel crowded, the fluidity is big, adds the airport to be far away the urban district big hospital, because the partial passengers go out the physiology and the psychology which the long journey causes do not adapt, especially in encounters in the scheduled flight not normal situation, the body is weak or the original chronic illness person easy to have the urgent medicine situation. After each kind of urgent medicine event occurs, first arrives the scene is the airport first-aid center personnel, the first important matter is saves the passenger the life.
