摘　　要：脑卒中是我国中老年人常见病,发生率、复发率、致残率、病死率高.经过急性期救治存活的脑卒中患者中,大部分伴有不同程度的残疾,常出现一侧肢体偏瘫、口眼歪斜、言语不利等,严重影响他们的日常生活活动能力与生活质量.脑卒中患者在综合医院出院后,在社区层次上能否继续得到康复治疗,关系到其综合功能和生存质量最终能恢复到什么程度,这与当地经济、社会发展水平、社区卫生与社区康复工作开展情况、人们对康复的认识有着很大关系,临床研究证明,经过规范的社区康复可以明显提高脑卒中患者的运动功能和综合功能.The apoplexy is our country middle-aged person and old person common disease, the formation rate,the recurrence rate, cripples rate, the case fatality rate is high. In apoplexy patient treats and cures the survival who after the acute stage, the majority is accompanied by the varying degree the disability,often appears one side body hemiparalysis, the mouth eye crookedly, says a word disadvantageously and so on, seriously affects their daily life energy and the quality of life. Does the apoplexy patient after the general hospital out of hospital,whether continue in the community level to obtain the recovery treatment, relates its synthesis function and the survival quality finally can restore to any degree, this with the local economy,the level of development of society, the community health and the community recovery work development situation,the people has the very big relations to the recovery understanding, the clinical research proof, may enhance the apoplexy patient＇s movement function and the comprehensive function obviously after the standard community recovery.
