运动结合低频脉冲电磁场治疗老年性骨质疏松症的临床观察

摘　　要：目的：通过观察运动疗法结合低频脉冲电磁场（PEMFs）在老年性骨质疏松症的治疗中的疗效,探讨临床上非药物治疗骨质疏松症的一些规律.方法：对2007年-2009年间,我科门诊和病房中收治的90名老年性骨质疏松症患者进行随机分组（A组,B组,C组）,单纯药物治疗组28名（A组）;药物治疗加低频脉冲电磁场治疗组30名（B组）,药物治疗加运动疗法结合低频脉冲电磁场治疗组32名（C组）,连续治疗6周,共30次治疗,观察三组间干预措施对骨痛和骨密度的影响.结果：三组患者骨痛和骨密度均有改善,骨密度改善程度C组〉B组〉A组（p〈0.05）,骨痛改善程度B组、C组〉A组（p〈0.05）.结论：运动疗法结合低频脉冲电磁场是一种有效的临床非药物治疗骨质疏松的手段,临床应用前景广阔.Objective： Through observation kinesiotherapy union low frequency pulse electromagnetic field （PEMFs） in senile osteoporosis sickness treatment curative effect,on discussion clinical non-medicine treatment osteoporosis sickness some rules. Methods：From 2007 to 2009,90 senile osteoporosis sickness patients who in my branch outpatient service and the hospital ward admits carries on the stochastic grouping （A group,B group, C group） ,pure medicine treatment group 28 （A group） ;The medicine treatment adds low frequency pulse electromagnetic field treatment group 30 （B group） ,the medicine treatment adds kinesiotherapy union low frequency pulse electromagnetic field treatment group 32 （C group）, treats 6 weeks continuously, the altogether 30 treatments, observes during three groups to intervene the measure to bone ache and the bone density influence. Re- suits：Three group of patient bone aches and the bone density have the improvement,bone density improvement degree C group of 〉B the group A group （p〈0.05）, bone ache improves the degree B group of, C group of 〉A group （p〈0.05）. Conclusion： The kinesiotherapy union low frequency pulse electromagnetic field is one effective clinical non-medicine treatment osteoporosis method,clinical practice prospect broad.
