摘　　要：目的：比较针灸加超激光,针灸、超激光在治疗颞下颌关节紊乱综合症的临床疗效,方法：采用多中心、随机、对照的方法.每组20例,针灸加超激光为观察组;针灸治疗为对照1组;超激光为对照2组;结果：针灸加超激光治疗较对照1组,对照2组有显著的差异（P〈0.01）.结论：针灸加超级光治疗使颞下颌关节疼痛迅速缓解,张口不受限.Objective： Adds the ultra laser compared with the acupuncture and moxibustion, the acupuncture and moxibustion, the ultra laser in the treatment nie lower jaw joint disorder syndrome clinical curative effect, the Methods：Uses the multi-centers, stochastically, the comparison method. Conclusion： The acupuncture and moxibustion adds the super light treatment to cause hie the lower jaw joint ache rapid alleviation,the yawn not to limit.
