产褥期困难性母乳喂养的原因分析及护理对策

摘　　要：母乳喂养是WHO倡导最为科学的育儿方法,一路走过十几年历程,越来越被人们所重视.但临床上常会因分娩后各种因素的影响,使部分产褥期纯母乳喂养困难,如乳头扁平内陷、剖宫产术后疼痛畏惧哺乳等,使其母乳喂养有效性大大降低,达不到喂养效果,反而影响了婴儿的生长发育.为此笔者对在我院产科2008年1～12月分娩的产妇就其喂养困难分析原因,提出护理对策,采取最佳护理措施,取得较好的效果,现报告如下.The mother＇s milk feeds is WHO initiates to nurture the method scientifically, a group passes through several years course, more and more is taken by the people. Because but on after clinical Chang Hui the childbirth each kind of factor influence,causes the partial puerperal period pure mother＇s milk to feed the difficulty, after like the nipple flat in falls, splits the palace to produce the technique the ache to dread nursing and so on, causes its mother＇s milk to feed the validity to reduce greatly, could not achieve feeds the effect, instead has affected baby＇s growth growth. To in 2008 1- in December childbirth parturient woman feeds the difficult analysis reason for this author in my courtyard obstetrics on it, proposed the nursing countermeasure, takes the best nursing measure, obtains the good effect, presently reports as follows.
