摘　　要：目的：探讨综合护理干预提高青光眼病人治疗依从性的影响.方法：由专职的护士对72例青光眼病人进行为期3个月的综合护理干预,对比干预前后病人治疗依从性的变化.结果：进行3个月的综合护理干预后,病人的治疗依从性明显提高.结论：对青光眼病人进行综合护理干预,可以有效提高青光眼病人的治疗依从性,延缓病程发展,提高病人的生活质量.Objective：The discussion synthesis nursing intervention enhances glaucoma patient to treat the compliance influence. Methods： Carries on by the professional nurse to 72 example glaucoma patient 3 month-long synthesis nursing interventions, around the contrast intervention the patient treats the compliance change. Results： After carries on 3 month- long synthesis nursing intervention, patient＇s treatment compliance distinct enhancement. Conclusion： Carries on the synthesis nursing intervention to glaucoma patient,may enhance glaucoma patient＇s treatment compliance effectively,delays the course of an illness development,improves patient＇s quality of life.
