摘　　要：目的： 探讨小儿静脉穿刺成功率的管理干预方法及效果.方法： 通过成立儿科护理管理干预小组对小儿静脉穿刺技术进行专项管理,调查涉及小儿穿刺技术穿刺现状及影响因素,建立相应的规章制度,实施人员培训与考核等.结果： 干预后,小儿静脉穿刺成功率及患儿家属满意度显著优于干预前（P〈0.01,P〈0.05）.结论：通过护理管理干预可以有效地提高小儿静脉穿刺技术水平.Objective.. Discusses the young child venipuncture success ratio the management intervention method and the effect. Methods： Nurses the management intervention group through the establishment department of pediatrics to carry on the special management to the young child venipuneture technology, the investigation involves the young child puncture technology puncture present situation and the influence factor, establishes the corresponding rules and regulations, implements personnel training and the inspection and so on. Results：After the intervention, the young child venipuncture success ratio and the trouble family member degree of satisfaction obviously surpasses before the intervention （P〈0. 01 ,P〈0.05）. Conclusion： May raise the young child venipuncture technical level effectively through the nursing management intervention.
