摘　　要：概要介绍了饮食业油烟净化设备的种类，以及对饮食业油烟净化设备净化效率检测的方法。通过检测实例说明该方法能够有效减少采样及测试过程中的误差，提高检测可靠性，并能够准确控制油烟采样和测试过程中的偏差，实现对油烟净化设备油烟净化效率的准确测试。针对在采样和测试过程中可能存在的问题，提出了需注意的问题，以期为准确判定油烟净化效率提供参考。Sorts of cooking oil fume purifiers and a method for measuring their efficiencies were synoptically described. An operating example was given to present the method that could effectively reduce errors and enhance the reliability whilst controlling the deviation in the course of sampling and testing so as to improve the measurement accuracy. Some problems that could be occurring in the sampling and testing procedures were pointed out to draw attention to as a reference in order to judge the efficiency of cooking oil fume purifying more accurately.
