摘　　要：目的：为减少剖宫产率，促进自然分娩，提高产科质量，推进“以人为本”的产时服务模式，结合孕期及分娩过程的具体情况进行健康教育。方法：对400例产妇的心理变化进行心理分析，并在各期给予相应的健康教育。结果：400例产妇，年龄23-38岁，平均28岁，对200例实验组产妇进行了妊娠各期的相关知识教育，结果为顺产165例，剖宫产34例，产钳术1例。结论：通过对产妇妊娠各期进行健康教育可以最大限度地减少由于产妇心理问题及知识缺乏造成的难产，降低剖宫产率。Objective： In order to reduce splits the palace production rate,the promotion natural childbirth,improves obstetrics quality,the advancement ＂humanist＂ produces when serves the pattern, the union gestation period and the childbirth process special details carries on the health education. Methods：Carries on the psycho--analysis to 400 example parturient woman＇s psychological change, and gives the corresponding health education in various times. Results：400 example parturient women,the age 23-38 years old,the average 28 years old,have carried on the pregnancy various times related knowledge education to 200 example experimental group parturient women, the result for the easy childbirth 165 examples, splits the palace to produce 34 examples,the obstetrical forceps delivery 1 example. Conclusion： Through carries on the health education to the parturient woman pregnancy various times to be possible maximum limit to reduce because the parturient woman psychology question and the knowledge create deficiently the difficult labor, reduces splits the palace production rate.
