摘　　要：气管切开术是比较常见挽救患者生命的手段，但并非绝对安全，他可以出现各个阶段的并发症。从本文中的病例临床结果可见，气管切开术手术中、术后及晚期并发症并非少见，严重的患者可因其并发症而丧失生命，气管切开术虽能挽救患者生命，但操作不慎即可导致严重后果。故应早期诊断其病变的性质、程度以及有效治疗，在施行气管切开术时均应做好各种不同段并发症的预防，并及时正确处理，是预防气管切开术并发症的重要措施。The tracheotomy technique is saves the patient life quite common the method,hut the absolute safety,he may appear each stage by no means the complication. From case of illness clinical finally obvious, after in the tracheotomy technique surgery, the technique and the later period complication are by no means rare,although the serious patient may lose the life because of its complication,the tracheotomy technique can save the patient life, but operates then causes the serious results carelessly. Therefore should the early time diagnose its pathological change the nature,the degree as well as the effective treatment, when execution tracheotomy technique should complete each kind of different section complication the prevention,and prompt correct processing,is prevents the tracheotomy technique complication the important measure.
