重症监护病房下呼吸道感染铜绿假单胞菌的耐药性分析

摘　　要：目的：了解重症监护病房下呼吸道感染铜绿假单胞菌的耐药状况,指导合理使用抗菌药物.方法：收集2009年1月至2009年12月重症监护病房下呼吸道感染铜绿假单胞菌的住院患者资料,进行分析.结果：分离铜绿假单胞菌67株,对铜绿假单胞菌敏感性最高的药物分别是美罗培南（91.4%）和亚胺培南（83.0%）,其次是头孢哌酮/舒巴坦（74.0%）、头孢他碇（71.0%）;耐药性最高的是复方新诺明（100.0%）和氨苄西林（100.0%）;其次是头孢唑林（87.0%）、哌拉西林（82.0%）、左氧氟沙星（72.0%）.结论：铜绿假单胞菌在重症监护病房下呼吸道感染中有重要地位,其耐药现象十分突出,合理使用药物非常重要.Objective： Understood under the critically ill guardianship hospital ward the respiratory tract infects the verdigris pseudomonad to bear the medicine condition, the instruction reasonable use antibiotics. Methods：Collects from January, 2009 under the critically ill guardianship hospital ward the respiratory tract to infect the verdigris pseudomonsd to December,2009 in hospital patient material,carries on the analysis. Results：South separation verdigris pseudomonad 67, respectively are beautiful Luo Peina（91.4 %）and the imines cultivates to the verdigris pseudomonad sensitivity highest medicine（83.0%） ,next is spore pal alkone/Shu Batan（74.0%） ,a spore he anchor（71.0%） ;The drug resistance highest is the compound prescription newly promises bright（100.0%）and ammonia animal pen Xilin（100.0%） ;Next is the spore zuo foreat（87.0%） ,pal pulls Xilin（82.0%） ,the left oxygen fluorine sand star（72.0%）. Canelusion：The verdigris pseudomonad the respiratory tract infects under the critically ill guardianship hospital ward has the important status,it bears the medidne phenomenon to be extremely prominent, uses the medicine to be extremely important reasonably.
