浅谈肩手综合症的机理及治疗方法

摘　　要：近年来随着人们生活水平的提高及工作环境的改变，脑血管病发病率越来越高，偏瘫后遗症严重影响着患者的日常生活质量，尤以上肢明显，形成肩手综合症。依据肩手综合症的发病原理，笔者认为按摩治疗具有作用直接、见效快、效果佳等优点，比其他疗法能更好的改善血液循环，缓解肌痉挛、松解粘连，保持关节的活动度，对患者的临床症状及功能恢复具有最好的效果。In recent years along with the people living standard enhancement and the working conditions change,the cerebrovascular disease disease incidence rate was more and more high, hemiparalysis sequela was seriously affecting patient＇s daily life quality,was especially obvious by the upper limb,forms the arm syndrome. Based on the arm syndrome pathogenesis,the author thought the massage treatment has the function directly,effective quick,the effect good and so on the merits, compared to other therapies can the better improvement blood circulation, the alleviation myospasm,the loose solution adhesion,maintain the joint the activity,restores to patient＇s clinical symptom and the function has the best effect.
