摘　　要：目的：探讨空心螺丝钉合并髌骨爪治疗髌骨骨折的疗效。方法：搜集23例髌骨骨折患者，采用髌前正中纵切口开放复住，空心钉合并髌骨爪内固定，早期功能锻炼，并长期随访。结果：术后随访6～12个日随访，23例患者按照改良的Bostman评定标准：优20例，良3例，优良率100％。结论：空心钉合并髌骨爪固定牢靠、手术操作简单、可早期膝关节功能锻炼。是治疗髌骨骨折的一种较好的选择。Objective：Discusses the hollow screw bolt merge whirbone fingernail treatment whirbone bone fracture the curative effect. Methods： Collects 23 example whirbone bone fracture patient, uses bin front center the vertical margin opening replacement,in hollow nail merge whirbone fingernail fixed, early function exercise, and long--term revisit. Results：After the technique makes a follow--up visit 6 -12 month revisits, 23 example patients according to improvement Bostman evaluation standard：Superior 20 examples,good 3 examples, fine rate 100%. Conclusion：The hollow nail merge whirbone fingernail fixed sturdy,the surgery operates simply,may the early knee joint function exercise. Is treats the whirbone bone fracture one kind of good choice.
