摘  要:从大气环流动力效应、地形地貌效应和人类活动效应因素出发,对2009年末至2010年初我国西南地区极端干旱成因进行了初步分析,并对西南地区农业如何应对极端干旱进行了初步探索,得出预防性措施和补救性措施相结合是农业有效应对极端干旱的最佳策略。The reasons of the extreme drought which has happened in Southwest area of China from late 2009 to early 2010 were analysied from the dynamic effect of the atmospheric circulation,the topography effect and the human activities effect and how to deal with the extreme drought in agriculture in Southwest area of China was explored.It was concluded that the combination of the preventive and the remedial measures is the best strategy to response of extreme drought in agriculture.
