肺部球形病灶的X线的诊断体会——附36例分析

摘　　要：目的：对肺部X线球形病灶36例患者的特点进行回顾性分析，分析其特点，为诊断提供依据。方法：36例均作肺部X线普通或CR正、侧住片进行分析、诊断，并到上级医院进行CT诊断、手术证实及病理分析进行鉴别。结果：36例中符合32例，占88．9％，不符合4例，占11.1％。结论：肺部X线球形病灶的诊断及鉴别诊断，结合病灶特点进行分析，尤其在基层医院仍有一定的使用价值。Objective：Carries on the review analysis to the lungs X sphere focus of infection 36 example patient＇s characteristic, analyzes its characteristic, provides the basis for the diagnosis. Methods： 36 examples make lungs X ordinary or CR, the side position piece carry on the analysis, the diagnosis,and carries on the CT diagnosis,the surgery to the higher authority hospital confirmed and the pathology analysis carries on the distinction. Resuits：In 36 examples conforms to 32 examples,accounts for 88.9 %, does not conform to 4 examples, accounts for 11. 1%. Conclusion： The lungs X sphere focus of infection diagnosis and the distinction diagnosis,the union focus of infection characteristic carries on the analysis,especially still had certain use value in the basic unit hospital.
