摘 要:研究了氟橡胶(FPM)、丁腈橡胶(NBR)和氢化丁腈橡胶(HNBR)3种耐油密封材料的力学性能和耐油性能在不同剂量γ射线作用下的变化,结果表明,在0~200kGy辐射吸收剂量范围内,FPM、NBR和HN-BR的硬度、定伸应力及拉伸强度增大,拉断伸长率降低;FPM和HNBR无论辐照与否,均具有优异的耐热和耐油性能;NBR无法在150℃长期工作。本研究所得试验数据,对优选在射线辐射环境中使用的橡胶密封材料具有实际意义。The change of the mechanical strength and oil-resistance of fluoro rubber(FPM), acrylonitrile-butadiene rubber (NBR) and hydrogenated acrylonitrile-butadiene rubber (HNBR) at various γ-ray dosage was invertigated. The results showed that at the absorbable dosage range of 0~200kGy, the hardness, modulus at a definite elongation and tensile strength of FPM, NBR and HNBR were increased while the elongation was decreased with the increasing of absorbable dosage. The heat resistance and oil resistance of FPM and HNBR was excellent whether irradiated or not. NBR could not be used at 150℃ for a long time. The information from this article was useful for choosing the sealing rubbers in nucleus environment.
