摘　　要：针对军校任职教育特点,在分析自主讲学法优势的基础上,将其应用于任职教育理论课教学。通过对比和实验表明,该教学法有助于提高学生自学能力及分析和解决问题能力,是实施军校任职教育理论课教学的一种有效方法。Based on the characteristics of military professional education, the paper analyzes the advantages of self-teaching method and its application in theoretical course teaching. The comparative analysis and experiment showed that this teaching method can help improve students＇self-study ability as well as abilities to analyze and solve problems. It is an effective method for theoretical course teaching of military professional education.
