摘  要:针对现有全电动注塑机肘杆式合模机构,将混合驱动理论引进合模机构中,参考现有注塑机合模机构,设计出以常规电机和伺服电机为驱动源的二自由度混合驱动式合模机构;然后利用ADAMS(机械系统动力学自动分析)软件对虚拟样机的开合模过程进行运动学仿真;并针对样机进行坐标参数化、设计研究分析,确定结构中各参数的灵敏度;最后以关键参数为设计变量,对动模板的速度曲线进行优化设计。研究结果表明,将混合驱动理论引入到全电动注塑机合模机构中具有可行性,并为全电动注塑机的大型化、超高速化和低成本化发展提供了新的方向。To improve the efficiency and reduce the cost of existing all-electric injection moulding machine with toggle clamping unit,firstly,the hybrid-drive theory was introduced into the clamping unit.With conventional motor and servo motor as driving source,two degree of freedom hybrid-drive clamping unit was designed,reference to existing clamping unit.Then the ADAMS software was used for the kinematics simulation on the virtual prototype clamping process,with coordinates parametric and design,study,and anolysis,sensitivity of each parameter was obtained;Finally,with the key parameters as design variables,the optimization design for velocity curve of moving template was performed.The results showed that it was feasible to introduce hybrid-drive theory to clamping unit of all-electric injection moulding machine,and provided a new way to develop all-electric injection moulding machine to realize its maximization,ultrahigh speed and cost degradation.
