摘 要:以可靠高效为核心,研制了一种实用化的无刷直流(BLDC)光伏水泵控制器。采用智能功率模块(IPM)、ML4425专用控制芯片与PIC16F877单片机相结合的方案,控制由高压BLDC电机和专为该系统设计的高效容积泵组成的机泵系统,并结合光伏水泵系统的特点,利用转速微分反馈实现了最大功率点跟踪(MPPT),极大地提高了系统的可靠性、适配性和效率。详细阐述了软硬件的实现方案,并通过样机实验验证了该方案的正确性和可行性。Around the core of reliability and efficiency,a practical BLDC photovoltaic pump controller is developed.Using the scheme which combines IPM,ML4425 controlling chip and PIC16F877 single-chip to control the motor-pump system which is the combination of high voltage BLDC motor and special designed efficient volumatric pump.Considering the characteristic of photovoltaic pump system,the reliability,adaptability and efficiency of system are greatly improved by using the maximum power point tracking based on speed differential feedback.The design and realization of hardware and software are given.For the experimental waveform from the prototype,the validity and feasibility of scheme is verified.
