摘 要:目的比较正常和动脉粥样硬化动物模型大脑中动脉的应力松弛力学特性,为临床研究动脉粥样硬化的发病机制提供生物力学参数。方法利用日本岛津电子万能试验机对正常和动脉粥样硬化模型中各10个大脑中动脉血管样本进行血管壁拉伸试验,测试过程中应变增加速度为0.5%/s,总测定时间为7200s,其间采集100个时间点的应力松弛数据,并对每组中的20个数据进行曲线拟合。结果正常和动脉粥样硬化组大脑中动脉管壁应力松弛曲线是以指数关系变化的,其中正常组7200s应力松弛量为0.291MPa,动脉硬化组为0.193MPa。结论动脉粥样硬化对大脑中动脉壁应力松弛特性具有一定影响。Objective To Compare with normal and atherosclerosis animal model cerebrum median artery stress relaxation mechanics characteristic, and provide the biomechanics parameters for the clinical research of atherosclerosis pathogenesis. Methods The tension tests of 20 cerebrum median artery samples, 10 samples came from atherosclerosis models and another 10 samples from normal models, were carried on using the date main island Tianjin electron universal testing machines. In test process, the strain increased at the speed of 0. 5%/s. For each sample, 100 spots of stress relaxation data were gathered in 7200s survey time totally. For each model group, twenty spot stress relaxation data were used to carry on the curve fitting of stress relaxation. Results The artery wall stress relaxation curves of normal and atherosclerosis cerebrum median arteries changed in index relations consistently. During 7200s, the value of stress relaxation was 0. 291MPa in normal model group and 0. 193MPa in arteriosclerosis model group. Conclusion Atheroselerosis influences the wall stress relaxation characteristic of cerebrum median artery.
