摘  要:柔性复合高压输送管作为一种特殊的、新型的输送管道,具有重量轻、强度高、弹性优良、施工方便、耐腐蚀等优点,但它在前期施工过程中没有相应成熟的施工标准及工艺,仍需参考SY/T0466-1997《天然气集输管道施工及验收规范》执行。文章针对RFQ-68×9型柔性复合高压输送管的特性,结合工程实际,从储存、吊装、运输、管沟开挖、铺设、管沟回填、试压等方面总结了柔性复合高压输送管铺设的施工方法。该方法安装方便、进度快、效率高、劳动强度小,施工设备简单,成本低,可满足气田的生产要求。Flexible composite high-pressure pipeline,as a special and new kind of pipeline,has the features of light weight,high strength,excellent flexibility,convenient construction,high corrosion-resistance,etc.But because there are no corresponding mature construction standard and process regulation for its prophase construction,the SY/T 0466-1997 'Code for Construction and Acceptance of Natural Gas Gathering and Transportation Pipelines' is still implemented for fundamental reference.Associated with the characteristics of RFQ-68×9 type flexible composite high-pressure pipeline and based on many engineering applications,the construction methods for the flexible composite pipeline are summed up in this paper with respect to storage,hoisting,transportation,trenching,laying,backfill,pressure test,and so on.These methods have the advantages such as convenient installation,fast construction progress,high efficiency,low labor intensity,simple equipment and low cost,and can meet the needs of gas field production.
