摘　　要：为了有效地将基于实例设计(Case Based Design,CBD)方法应用于工艺设计领域,针对CBD方法在工艺设计过程中应用的基础——工艺实例的表达和索引这一核心问题,充分讨论了工艺实例的内容,在给出工艺实例定义的基础上,提出了基于工艺过程的实例表达结构;同时结合工艺片段的思想,定义了实例元的概念,并以此概念为基础完善了基于工艺过程的实例表达模型;最后通过原型系统验证了基于工艺过程的实例表达模型的可行性。In order to put the principal of CBD into the field of process planning effectively,to direct at the core problems about representation and index of process case,which is the basis of methods of CBD that be used in the process planning,the content of process case is discussed completely,and on the basis of definition of process case,a case representation structure is given based on process planning.Meanwhile to combine the theory of process snatch,a concept of case element is defined,and this concept is put as basis to complete the case representation model based on process planning.Eventually,the feasibility of the case representation model is verified through archetype system.
