摘　　要：执政资源建设是党的建设的重要内容。多元化社会分层是党的建设面临的诸多新课题新考验中的关键一环,也是执政资源建设的时代背景。探索和确立多元化社会分层背景下执政资源建设的科学思维向度具有十分重要的意义。马克思主义思维向度是为实践所证明的科学思维向度,理应成为我们观察、分析、推进多元化社会分层背景下党的执政资源建设事业的角度、立场和标准。The construction of ruling resources is an important part of the CPC＇s construction. The diversified social strata are the key issue among all the new topics and challenges for the CPC, and also the background for the ruling resources construction. It is of great importance to explore and identify the dimension of scientific thinking on construction of ruling resources under such background. The Marxist dimension of thinking is the proved scientific dimension of thinking, and it should be taken as the standpoint and standard for us to observe, analyze and accelerate the CPC＇s construction of ruling resources under the background of diversified social strata.
