摘 要:采用DSC对原料RDX和钝感剂与RDX的复合物进行了热分析测试,对样品的热分解动力学和热力学参数进行了计算和对比。结果表明,加入钝感剂(石墨或复合蜡)后,RDX在不同升温速率(2、5、10、20 K/min)下的放热峰峰温都得到了升高,热稳定性也有所提高,热力学参数发生明显的变化。To investigate the effects of desensitizing agent on the thermal decomposition characteristics of RDX,DSC experiments were employed to test the thermal decomposition characteristics of raw RDX and the compound of RDX and desensitizing agent.Meanwhile,the thermal decomposition kinetics and thermodynamics parameters of samples were calculated and contrasted.Results show that after the addition of graphite and compound wax,the peak temperature of RDX all increase at heating rate of 2、5、10 and 20 K/min.In addition,the thermal stability has been improved and the obvious changes also has been found in the thermodynamics parameters.
