摘 要:海洋环境污染日趋严重,赤潮的频发导致赤潮藻毒素严重威胁着人类健康。软骨藻酸是由拟菱形藻产生的一种记忆丧失性贝类毒素,在很多海域均有检出和中毒报道。针对中国相关研究较为薄弱的现状,本文首先介绍软骨藻酸的研究背景、理化性质和毒性,然后对其检测分析方法进行了详细的综述,讨论了生物分析法、高效液相色谱法、酶联免疫分析法、毛细管电泳法等各自的优缺点及适用性,并建议今后要结合分子模拟技术、分子印迹技术、胶体金、生物传感器等技术研发更快速、简便、灵敏的新方法。Marine pollution becomes worse in recent years and frequently occurred red tides is threatening human health due to the marine algal toxins. Domoic Acid (DA), an amnesic shellfish toxin mainly produced by Pseudo-nitzschia, has been identified and reported with poisoning cases in many sea areas. As the relevant researches are limited in China, this paper firstly introduced the research background, physical-chemical properties and toxicity of DA. The analytical methods were then reviewed in detail. The pros and cons of the methods, such as bioassay, high-performance liquid chromatography, enzyme-linked immunoassay, capillary electrophoresis, were discussed. Finally, some promising directions were proposed to develop faster, simpler and more sensitive detection methods for DA based on several new developed technologies such as molecular simulation, molecular imprinting, colloidal gold, biosensor and so on. This paper provides some important information for the DA relevant researches.
