摘　　要：部分掩护式液压支架在井下的使用中,很多立柱出现胀缸的现象,立柱胀缸后支架无法正常支护顶板,这将严重影响井下的生产。而井下更换立柱费时费力,并且胀缸的立柱修复费用很高,胀缸严重的将无法修复。因此分析了立柱胀缸的原因,为减少掩护式支架立柱胀缸问题提供了有力参考。Some shield the use of hydraulic supports in the mine, many column appears the phenomenon of expansion tank, expansion tank bracket pillars supporting the roof can not be normal, which will seriously affect mine production. Replacement of the underground pillars and time-consuming effort, and the expansion tank column repair costs, high inflation will be a serious tank beyond repair. Therefore, analysis of the reasons for column expansion tank, in order to reduce the cover stent expansion tank column to provide a strong reference.
