糖衣对盐酸异丙嗪片含量测定的影响

摘　　要：目的：研究糖衣对盐酸异丙嗪片含量测定的影响。方法：采用紫外分光光度法,并进行配对设计的t检验。结果：糖衣溶液在200~400 nm范围内无吸收,平均回收率为99.69%（n=5）,RSD为0.86%,两种方法测得结果差别无显著性意义（P〉0.05）（n=4）。结论：糖衣对盐酸异丙嗪片的含量测定无干扰,可不剥糖衣进行该片的含量测定。Objective：To study the effect of sugar coating on the determination of promethazine hydrochloride in its tablets.Methods： Promethazine hydrochloride in the intact tablets and peeled tablets was determined respectively by UV spectrophotometry,and paired t test was applied to compare the measured outcome.Results： The absorbance of sugar coating solution was null over the range of 200 nm to 400 nm.The average recovery of promethazine hydrochloride from tablets was 99.69%（n=5） with 0.86% of RSD.There existed no significant difference between the two assays（P0.05）.Conclusions： The sugar coating has no effect on the determination of promethazine hydrochloride in tablet.
