摘　　要：目的：比较4个不同厂家固体制剂盐酸伐昔洛韦片剂和胶囊的溶出度,为临床用药提供参考。方法：采用紫外分光光度法测定盐酸伐昔洛韦含量,转篮法测定溶出度,并以威布尔分布模型拟合溶出参数,再对T50,Td,m进行统计分析。结果：4个厂家不同固体剂型中盐酸伐昔洛韦片剂和胶囊剂的溶出度均符合2005年版《中国药典》规定,其T50、Td、m值两两间均存在显著性差（P（0.05）。结论：该方法操作简便、准确,可用于该药溶出度的测定。Objective： To compare the dissolution rates of valaciclovir hydrochloride in its tablet and capsule forms from four manufactures for references of clinical medication.Methods： Drug concentrations were measured by ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometry and dissolution rates were determined by rotating basket method.Stripping curves were graphed,and the parameters of T50、Td and m were figured out.ANOVA was conducted for statistical analysis.Results： These four kinds of solid dosage forms,the dissolution rates of valaciclovir hydrochloride from its tablets and capsules preparation met the standard specified in China Pharmacopoeia（version 2005）.Significant differences are found in parameters of T50、Td and m（P﹤0.05）.Conclusions： The proposed method is simple and accurate,and can be used for the determination of dissolution of valaciclovir hydrochloride from its solid preparations.
