复方硝酸益康唑凝胶治疗花斑癣的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的：观察复方硝酸益康唑凝胶治疗花斑癣的疗效及安全性。方法：将100例患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,治疗组外搽复方硝酸益康唑凝胶,每日早晚各搽1次,薄涂于患处,并轻轻按摩片刻,每周复查1次,连用2周;对照组为外搽曲安奈德益康唑乳膏（商品名派瑞松,西安杨森制药有限公司生产）,治疗方法同治疗组。两组均停用其他外用药及内服药,连续观察2周疗效。结果：治疗组总有效率（82.0%）与对照组（86.0%）无统计学差异（P〉0.05）。结论：本院自制制剂复方硝酸益康唑凝胶是一种疗效高、应用方便、经济安全的治疗花斑癣外用药物,适合临床推广应用。Objective：To observe the effects and safety of compound econazole gel in the treatraent of tinea versicolor.Methods：100 patients with tinea versicolor were devided randomly into two groups,experimental group and control group.The experimental group（n=47） were treated with compound econazole gel locally on skin lesions twice per day for two weeks,while the control group（n=50） were treated with Pairuisong cream locally twice daily for two weeks.Results： The total effective rate of compound econazole gel was 82.0%,which was a little higher than that of Pairuisong cream（86.0%）（P0.05）.Conclusion： Compound econazole gel has certain therapeutic effect on tinea versicolor,and it also has other advantages,such as convenient,economic and safety.
